RHS two rate then remedied/delay exceeding cleansed-Temporary RHS
In this case the consumer has cleared the delay and the Code provides that: if the delay is two rate or two months the RHS must be cancelled within 12 months of the regularized; if the delay is more than two instalments or two months the RHS must be cancelled within 24 months of settlement.
Adverse events not cleansed-final RHS: Even in cases of RHS, serious shortcomings and suffering unsettled, the Code provides that the information on the financing must be cancelled by SIC within 36 months from the date of expiry of the report or contract from the date when it is necessary the last updating (in the event of subsequent agreements or other events relevant to the recovery). Relations that have been carried out positively (without delays or other negative events) the Code provides also for the financing which were concluded regular information of “good conduct” remain registered in SiC for a maximum of 36 months of the last payment.
